Lusso Collective is the official Australian and New Zealand distributor of artisan and Italian-made Laboratorio Olfattivo fragrances.

One big brief.

Rather than continuing with the Laboratorio Olfattivo branding in Australia, the client wanted a new business in which she could scale, adding other brands to her portfolio. Thus, Lusso Collective was born. As a completely new brand, we were tasked with building the entire identity from the ground up. It needed to have a luxurious and premium feel, reflecting the products the client stocked.

Beautiful. Simple. eCommerce

We built Lusso Collective's E-commerce website using Shopify. As a small business, this has the easiest back-end and fulfilment system. This was an important part of the decision making process as the client needed to fulfil the orders themselves. The site is intuitive, mobile-friendly, clean and beautiful.

We've designed beautiful EDM's that not only look good, but are extremely functional. Using triggers and flows, users are constantly engaged by automated emails we send. For example, someone signs up to their newsletter, they get put into a flow where automated emails send out every few days.
